Race Report: Raleigh SCX 3 - Strathclyde Park
I was thinking we had reached peak ’cross at Callender Park, I was wrong. It seems that cyclocross in Scotland is still growing with a massive field of over 600 entries at Strathclyde Park. Guto, Michael and the rest of the East Kilbride organisers surpassed themselves in putting on a great day’s racing with such large numbers.

Race Review - Haugh+ Summer Cyclocross
Is there an appetite for Summer cyclocross in the burgeoning Scottish ’cross scene? Saturday’s Haugh+ Summer Cross event provided ample evidence that there is both an appetite for racing and for organising through the Summer. This is the fourth year of this event staged at the Silver Sands in Aberdour and promoted by Ronde and META and organised by James McCallum. Race Report: Raleigh SCX1 - Callendar Park
The Raleigh Scottish Cyclocross Series kicked off under the usual azure blue skies of Falkirk at the Callendar Park Amphitheatre of ’cross - surely Scotland’s best and most “cross” course. A mixture of fast descents, off camber corners, steep stairs and slidey zig zags makes this a fast and exciting course with plenty of technical challenge. Conditions looked dry but the course was slippier than it looked and most riders dropped their tyre pressures after practice.
Race Report: Plean CX
By Owen Phillipson. This year cyclocross returned to Plean Country Park for the first time since 2011, when Stirling Bike Club ran a round of the Scottish Cyclocross Association series.
The course had changed quite a bit from previous editions of the race, with more tarmac and hard-packed paths interspersed with an offroad section with hurdles and a downhill offcamber corner and a muddy, rooty technical section.
Beveridge Park Racers Return for Cyclocross Shootout.
Portage Cycling have again paired up with Fife Council’s Active Fife team to deliver the second Beveridge Park Grand Prix of Cyclocross. The event which forms the third round of the Super Quaich Winter Series will be held on Sunday 7th February 2016.
The sell out event has over 200 riders signed up to take on the challenging tarmac and grassland circuit of 1.2 miles in an exciting A and B race format.
