It is run on a not-for-profit basis entirely by unpaid volunteer members, any surplus being used to maintain, improve and develop TLI Cycling’s activities.

Membership of TLI Cycling is available to everybody aged 6 years and over and costs £10, (free to under 18 year olds). Full membership is on an annual basis, with the year commencing on the 1st of January.
