2026/27 Series Dates Announced

It’s official - cross is coming!

With 136 days to go until the 2026/27 cyclocross season gets underway, we’re delighted to reveal the dates and venues for the Scottish Cyclocross Series.

The SCX series 7 rounds this season, the highest since 2023!

Kicking us off is a staple northern round at Muir of Ord on Sunday 4th October - a slightly later start to allow for early season grassroots racing, or a seamless switch to cross for those multi-discipline racers.

The Series will then head to Dundee at Camperdown Park, and then travel back up north for round three at Knockburn Loch.

For round four it’s a trip to Hamilton and the stunning Chatelherault Country Park and it’s famous house, before we head to another stately home in Gartmore House. TrossCross, just outside Aberfoyle, will act as Series round five, but also incorporate the Scottish Championships. Last year TrossCross made a brilliant debut in the Series, and after some brilliant rider feedback it takes up the Champs mantle this season.

2024 Scottish Championships venue Irvine will host round six, after a year off the series to host a national series event last year, whilst Falkirk Junior Bike Club will host the season finale in mid January, venue to be confirmed, but expect FJBC to put on a great event as always!

There will of course be plenty of other races, from grassroots opportunities such as Inch Park CX hosted by Edinburgh RC, to the SuperQuaich series, which spans the whole season.

Keep an eye on our calendar - we’ll add racing opportunities once they’re confirmed.
