Don’t miss your race at Irvine!

Attention!! Race Timings for SCX Round 4 at Irvine are different from the previous rounds. We previously announced that the Junior men will now race with the V40M and Irvine will be the first round that this happens. The organisers at Irvine were also very keen to try and increase participation for the youngest riders and as an experiment just for Irvine, the 3 morning races have been moved forward by 25 minutes to make room for the U8/10/12 races to happen at lunchtime. The 2 afternoon races are at the same time as usual. This will mean different travel times for a lot of riders - please read the rider info carefully and arrive in time!!!

The SCX Committee are keen to create a consistent race day experience throughout the series - but at the same time we want to be open to improvements. For example, following a good discussion at the AGM last year, this is the first series with an all women race. We know this experiment won't suit everyone and look forward to a robust debate at the next AGM! In the meantime - remember to set your alarm early!
