2025 Series Dates Announced
It’s official - cross is coming!
With four months to go until the 2025/26 cyclocross season gets underway, we’re delighted to reveal the dates and venues for the HUPcc Scottish Cyclocross Series.
The Series will kick-off at what is now an SCX stalwart - Brechin. Big thanks to Clive and Neil for organising once again - surely the weather will be kind in September?
The Series will continue in the North East with 2023 Scottish Championships venue Knockburn Loch returning - thanks Deeside Thistle - and then we head to Camperdown in Dundee - what twist will Martin and Keith put on this year’s course.
Next up it’s SCX newcomer Gartmore House just outside Aberfoyle. A first time venue in last year’s SuperQuaich Series, it was a smash hit, so steps up to host a SCX Series race this season. Thanks to Rob Friel and his team.
From there we return to Linlithgow for round five, which incorporates the Scottish Championships - big thanks to FJBC and West Lothian Clarion for hosting this year’s event.
Last but not least it’s a return to Chatelherault - the Colts did a great job last year in challenging conditions - what will this winter bring?
There will of course be plenty of other races, from grassroots opportunities such as Inch Park CX hosted by Edinburgh RC, to the SuperQuaich series, which spans the whole season. We’ll also have two British level National Trophies in Scotland this winter, with Falkirk hosting round two in October and Irvine the final round in early January.
Keep an eye on our calendar - we’ll add racing opportunities once they’re confirmed.
